Cacao Ceremonies
Cacao (ceremonial cacao) is a sacred heart medicine used for centuries in ritual and prayer. Unlike ordinary hot chocolate, ceremonial-grade cacao is pure, unprocessed, and intentionally prepared to support spiritual connection and emotional healing.
In my ceremonies, we sit in circle with cacao, set intentions, and connect through guided meditation, sound healing, or light movement. Each session is different—woven with energy work, sacred sound, and community sharing.
Cacao gently opens the heart, increases clarity, and encourages self-love. It’s a beautiful way to come home to yourself, supported by plant medicine and sacred space.
