Welcome to Om2Zen. By booking a yoga class, sound bath, Reiki session, sound healing treatment, ceremony or event with Om2Zen, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General

✅ All Om2Zen sessions are intended to support relaxation, wellbeing and personal development.

✅ Our offerings are complementary wellbeing practices and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please continue any treatment recommended by your healthcare professional.

✅ Reiki and sound healing are complementary therapies that support relaxation and wellbeing. Individual experiences vary, and no specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.

✅ Participants must be 18 years or older unless attending with the consent of a parent or guardian.

✅ We are committed to providing a welcoming, respectful and inclusive space for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse or end a session if behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.

 

Your Health & Wellbeing

By booking a session, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own wellbeing throughout.

Please let us know before your session if you:

• are pregnant

• have epilepsy

• have a pacemaker or implanted medical device (where relevant to sound therapy)

• have recently had surgery or a significant injury

• have any physical or mental health condition that may affect your participation

If you are unsure whether a session is suitable, please contact us before booking.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Group Classes, Workshops & Sound Baths

✅ Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event will receive a full refund or may be transferred to another available event.

✅ Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, although a transfer may be offered at Om2Zen's discretion.

✅ If you are unable to attend without giving notice, no refund will be given.

1:1 Appointments

✅ Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

✅ Cancellations made within 48 hours, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.

✅ If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may need to finish at the scheduled time to avoid affecting other clients.

 

Changes by Om2Zen

Occasionally, it may be necessary to reschedule or cancel a session due to illness, severe weather or circumstances beyond our control.

If this happens, you will be offered either:

• an alternative date, or

• a full refund.

 

Liability

While every care is taken to provide a safe and supportive environment, you participate in all Om2Zen sessions at your own discretion.

Please listen to your body, honour your own limits and seek medical advice where appropriate.

Om2Zen accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in a session, except where required by law.

 

Privacy

Any personal information you provide will be treated confidentially and used only for booking, communication and providing our services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By booking a session with Om2Zen, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
