Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. It combines breathwork (pranayama), movement (kriya), sound (mantra), and meditation to awaken the dormant spiritual energy at the base of the spine.

In my sessions, you’ll find a nurturing, supportive space to explore this powerful practice at your own pace. the group is small and very welcoming giving a more personal practise.

 

Each class is themed and intentionally guided—sometimes aligned with the moon cycles, the seasons, or the energy of the chakras.  

 

Kundalini Yoga helps regulate the nervous system, elevate consciousness, and bring you back into alignment with your truth.  It helps to regulate the vagus nerve to ease stress and bring you out of fight and flight mode.

 

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced—just willing to breathe and be.

This session is held every TUESDAY 7-8:30pm at the Royal British Legion in Marsden.

£13 pp booked online prior to the event.
