My Herstory....

I’m a high school Science teacher during the day and I run my yoga, sound healing, cermonies, crystal and Reiki business in my spare time! I’m also a mum to three grown up children, a tortoise, a dog and Nanna to my gorgeous grandson 

My love of crystals began in my teens and has been on and off through my university years and whilst my children were growing up.  I was reintroduced to them a couple of years ago when I joined a network marketing company and my passion was fired up again.  Since then, I’ve carried them round with me every day and regularly hand them out to friends and colleagues at work when they look like they need a boost - plus you'll find me carrying them around in my bra!.

I truly believe that Reiki finds you.  I was called to have a session and then signed up for Level 1 straight after this.  My Reiki journey began in May 2018 when I passed my level 1 in Usui Reiki (traditional). Since then I’ve completed my level 2 in Nov 2018, which allows me to carry out Reiki on clients.  I achieved Master/Teacher level in traditional Usui Reiki, in May 2019 and can’t wait to share my love of this amazing healing technique with you and others.

I also have Level 1, Level 2 and a Master/Teacher qualification in Crystal Reiki and have done numerous crystal properties and crystal healing courses. I am qualified to carry out Indian Head Massage. I am also able to teach Kundalini Yoga, I’m.a qualified sound therapist and cacao ceremony holder for women’s circles. I am also honoured to channel light language and spiritual beings during the modalities I work within, whether this is in a group sound bath, individual reiki healing or even putting together a bespoke crystal bracelet. Most recently I received the foundation rites of the Munay-Ki and the thirteenth rite of the womb - I cannot wait to share these with you all!

My goal with this venture is to share my love of crystals, Reiki and anything energy healing related, and introduce people to alternative healing therapies.
