Each week includes a stay and play so there's plenty of time for little ones to play and grown ups to catch up and relax with a coffee!

This week is all about sensing the subtle. Tuning forks and singing bowls invite your little one to experience gentle vibrations while you rest into breath, bonding and presence. A calm and mindful space to nourish developing senses and settle growing nervous systems. ✨
 

🌧️ Week 3 – Nature Sounds

We bring the elements indoors this week with rainsticks, ocean drums, and wind chimes. Let your little one listen, watch and feel the rhythms of nature while you both drop into a moment of peace. Earthy, grounding and deeply soothing. 🌊
 

🌙 Week 4 – Sound Massage & Stillness

This week is a soft surrender into stillness. We explore the magic of sound massage with brass bowls, paired with lullabies and gentle touch. A sensory sanctuary for you and your child — filled with warmth, quiet, and the power of presence. 🌸
